We are a married couple of artists who combine two passions in life: fashion design and creating gluten-free vegan cuisine – Atelier Smaku. Together we have been creating styles and taste experiences for over 25 years.
In our work we value above all
At ATELIER SMAKU we break all stereotypes, creating popular and traditional dishes from only vegan and gluten-free products. Dietary restrictions are just a pretext for us to have fun, which stimulates our creativity and opens us to new taste experiences.
We prepare dishes full of flavor and character. Without using dairy, eggs, meat and gluten, we also take care to compose wholesome dishes. Their high quality is also important to us, which is why we cook only with natural ingredients.
Every day in our culinary studio we create our own recipes which we publish on our blog and channel. Youtube and in our cookbooks.
We also share our culinary experience by organizing stationary workshops, online trainings and by hosting external events and lectures.
You can taste our dishes in our stationary stores Bistro & Delicatessen in Gdynia and by ordering in shop.
Occasionally we also attend specific thematic events with our foodtruck.
we design and sew to measure, providing our clients with professional care and helping to understand their needs. In the Atelier we host individual clients and carry out orders for larger groups. In our work we take into account physical features such as age, figure and colouring. Equally important to us are preferences, character and type of work performed.
We also sew costumes for hostesses, employees, custom collections and creations for the needs of theatre performances, film, television and music videos. We work with professional hairdressers, make-up artists and photographers.
Over the years, we have created for many people from the world of culture, entertainment and business. For several years, we have been taking care of the image of the employees of Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk.
An integral part of our fashion activity is also designing collections and organizing fashion shows.
